looking for performance measure related research activities so he can identify
speakers for the summer program

possible)

organizing a Tues afternoon/Wed afternoon session to develop an understanding
of how a modern traffic signal controller operates
.1. Tues is disconnect between modeling and reality
.2. Wed is looking forward on how HCM can be improved
