5/10/2007: The draft agenda for the summer meeting and Monday workshop on "Vehicle Infrastructure Integration (VII) and Collaborative Intersection Collision Avoidance System (CICAS)" is now available here.

Sunday, July 1, 2007 is the last day to receive the advance registration fee and to make a hotel reservation at the special TRB rate for the Workshops on Cooperative Intersection Collision Avoidance Systems (CICAS) and Vehicle Infrastructure Integration (VII) and Vehicle-Infrastructure Cooperation Research Needs  held Sunday, July 22, 2007 - Thursday, July 26, 2007 at the DoubleTree Hotel , San Jose, CA.

Rooms are being held at the DoubleTree Hotel San Jose. Make your reservation for the TRB special rate of $135 (single/double) plus the current tax of 10.1% and a $1 Hotel Business Improvement District Fee per room per night. This rate is available until Sunday, July 1, 2007. Rooms may be at a higher rate after this date and are subject to availability. The hotel may not be able to provide rooms at the group rate once the block of rooms is sold out.
